I found this picture in flickr today, and I love it!
It shows the city of Edinburgh, in Scotland, cover of snow, a couple of days before christmas, and was taken by Alasdair McIntosh, a british photographer.
I would like to live in this city one day, so it shows me the beautiful it can be.
I like the contrast of the colours, between the twilight and the city. I love the architecture. I think that the picture shows the essence of th city on winter. I love this season, especially in countries of Europe, cause the landscapes are very different that Chile, and I love the snow and the cold days.
This picture reminds me Charles Dickens books, maybe for the old buildings along with the snow, titles like Little Dorrit or Great Expectations.
Cause that books are some of my favourites, this pictures reminds me that, and I hope live in there place one day.
